Limited Warranty:

All products are guaranteed against defects in material. The limited warranty does not cover improper or negligent use. The responsibility of Concord under this warranty is limited to replacement of defective products.

Limited Liability:

In no event shall Concord be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising out of the failure of any product to operate properly. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damages resulting from operator abuse or misuse. Operator must comply with ANSI B7.1, B7.5, OSHA and safety guidelines furnished with each product.
